other， others， the other， the others 及another的用法與比較：

other 形容詞，後接複數名詞，泛指其餘的人或物。

others 代詞，相當於other+複數名詞。如：

Some people like walking。 Some like running。 Others like swimming。

有些人喜歡散步，有些人喜歡跑步，其他人喜歡游泳。

（這裡“其他人”並非其他所有的人。）

He is always ready to help others。 他總是樂於助人。

the other 後接單數或複數名詞，表示在一定範圍內的其餘所有的人或物。
