男主角，高傲尊貴的純種血，擁有強大能力，十年如一日地守護著優姬。在夜間部極有聲望，沒有人敢違抗他的命令。10年前從吸血鬼的手中救出優姬的恩人。有時展現出腹黑的一面，他所做的一切都是為了給優姬一個不用害怕也能生存下去的地方。平時總是很溫柔的樣子，但似乎也有冷酷的一面——他為了得到足夠的力量而殺死了緋櫻閒，他所做的一切都是為了保護優姬。）是玖蘭家的始祖，但是是被殺害自己父母的玖蘭李土喚醒的，所以身份上其實還是玖蘭李土的“僕人”，所以縱使有深仇大恨，也不能將李土殺死。目前，已經使優姬覺醒且恢復了記憶。

Kaname Kuran （玖蘭樞， Kuran Kaname？）： A pureblood vampire。 He saved Yuki from an attack by another vampire when she was little。 Kaname is the class president of the Night Class， much feared and respected by the other Night Class students。 While he is cold and authoritative towards his fellows in the Night Class， he is always kind and sweet to Yuki。 He has shown that he cares deeply for Yuki ever since he saved her， to what might be love in a romantic sense。 He seems to know the pureblood Shizuka Hio （he calls her by her first name）， who bit Zero。

黑主優姬 CV：堀江由衣 風紀委員之一 也是純血種

羅馬音：Kurosu Yuuki Cross Yuuki

5歲前的記憶全部喪失，在遭到吸血鬼襲擊時被玖蘭樞所救。現在是理事長的養女，很可愛的女孩子！而她的母親為了不讓她被玖蘭家的背叛者——玖蘭李土抓走，犧牲了自己，在她的身上蓋上了蓋子，把她變成了一個普通的人類女孩（暫時封住了他體內的吸血鬼因子），父親在和李土的戰鬥中被獵人的劍所殺。現在她已經覺醒，知道了自己的真實身份—純血種吸血鬼！樞的親妹妹—玖蘭優姬，是作為kaname（樞）的妻子而出生存在。

Yūki Cross （黒主優姫， Kurosu Yūki？）： The adoptive daughter of the headmaster of Cross Academy， Yuki is a member of the school‘s disciplinary committee （public morals committee in Japanese）， which is the ’front‘ for the Guardians。 10 years prior to the events of Vampire Knight， Yuki was attacked by a vampire， but was rescued by Kaname。 She has lost all memory of her life before the attack， and Headmaster Cross took her in as his own daughter。 Yuki has a deep affection for Kaname， but realized the implications of his vampiric nature when she witnessed him drinking another vampire’s blood when she was in junior high school。 She still likes him， but also has a bond with Zero （she lets him drink her blood）。

Yuki has a cheerful and easygoing personality， and thanks to her work as a Guardian she is good at keeping her cool in sticky situations。 There has been hints that she is special， given that vampires are especially drawn to her blood。 Her weapon of choice is ‘Artemis’， an extendable staff she received from Headmaster Cross。

錐生零 CV：宮野真守 風紀委員之一

羅馬音： Kiryuu Zero

出生於吸血鬼獵人家族，喜歡優姬。4年前父母被純血種吸血鬼——緋櫻閒殺害，雖然後來黑主理事長收養了他，但是錐生已經被緋櫻閒咬傷。家人的死給他帶來了巨大傷痛，自此他對吸血鬼深惡痛絕（特別是純血種）。

日間部；跟優姬為青梅竹馬

四年前家人被純種吸血鬼緋櫻閒所殺

而零被閒所咬，成為吸血鬼，忍耐了四年之久後，終於受不了，咬了優姬，變成真正的噬血的吸血鬼

被理事長帶回所照顧，一直和優姬生活在一起。

沉默寡言，痛恨吸血鬼。

是極少數的對血液藥錠產生排斥的麻煩的吸血鬼，吃了之後會吐。所以一直在吸食優姬的血。當優姬覺醒後，優姬在零體內的純種吸血鬼之血復活了。

在零吃了弟弟一縷，體內有三個純種吸血鬼之血（玖蘭優姬，玖蘭樞，緋櫻閒）的零變成了最強大的吸血鬼獵人。

Zero Kiryu （錐生零， Kiryū Zero？）： Yuki‘s childhood friend， Zero is also a Guardian and likewise on the disciplinary committee。 Zero’s family， a line of vampire hunters， was murdered by a pureblood vampire named Shizuka when he was little。 He and his twin brother were the only survivors。 He harbors a deep hatred for vampires， and claims to have taken on the role of Guardian to learn to hunt them better。 In truth， because Zero was bitten during the attack on his family， he has become a vampire himself。 His weapon is the gun ‘Bloody Rose’， and he had made Yuki promise that if he becomes a Level E vampire one day， she will kill him with that gun。

緋櫻閒 CV：折笠富美子 少數的純種吸血鬼。

緋櫻閒雖然是純血種的吸血鬼，卻愛上了人類的男人。對於早就被家人安排與純血種（玖蘭李士）結婚的她，是唯一的一次有過愛的時候。吸血鬼獵人——錐生一族接受命令將緋櫻閒深愛的男人殺害了（男人未墜落為E等級）。這件事過後，緋櫻閒的精神受到了極大的傷害，開始報復錐生一族。緋櫻閒殺害了錐生零的父母，將錐生零變為了吸血鬼（被純血種咬過的人類會變成吸血鬼（或因為失血過多而直接喪命），而在一段時間後，會墮落成LEVEL-E，並且無法殺死給他吸血鬼身份的主人。），之後便帶著錐生一縷消失了。四年過去了，緋櫻閒帶著一縷出現在黑主學院（但借用了女子“紅瑪利亞”的身體），目標是零。用救零的藉口讓優姬獻上鮮血，為了保護優姬，零朝緋櫻閒開了槍，卻未能將她殺死。玖蘭樞殺死了緋櫻閒，並向她承諾自己一定會消滅他們共同的敵人……

Shizuka Hio （緋桜閒， Hiō Shizuka？）： The pureblood vampire who bit Zero； even her fellow vampires are uneasy around her。 Zero must drink her blood so that he will not become an E class vampire。

Headmaster Cross/Chairman Kurosu （黒主理事長， Kurosu Rijichō？）： Yuuki‘s adoptive parent。 Headmaster Cross dreams of peace between humans and vampires， and established the Night Class to promote understanding between the two races。 He is eccentric and although he often comes off as a gag character， he has a serious side as well。

Takuma Ichijō （一條拓麻， Ichijō Takuma？）： The vice-president of the Night Class， he is an upper-class vampire nearly as powerful as Kaname。 Seems to be very kind and lacks the dark atmosphere that surrounds most vampires。 He is close to Kaname and respects him。 Likes to read manga。 He is friends with Shiki。

Hanabusa Aido （藍堂英， Aidō Hanabusa？）： Along with his cousin Akatsuki Kain， Hanabusa Aido is known among the Night Class as ’Kaname-sama‘s right-hand’。 He can seem cheerful and friendly one moment， and cold and vindictive the next。 He possesses an upper-class vampire ability to control ice。 The Day Class girls have nicknamed him ‘Idol’。

早園琉佳 CV：皆川純子

平時沉默寡言

對除了玖蘭樞以外的事物不屑一顧，對待人類更是如此

非常的討厭錐生零對玖蘭樞的態度，希望玖蘭樞吸她的血（但每次都以失敗告終）

十分的愛慕玖蘭樞。

Ruka Souen （早園瑠佳， Souen Ruka？）： A female vampire popular with the Day Class students。 Yūki once witnessed Kaname drinking Ruka‘s blood when she paid Kaname a visit。 Ruka has feelings for Kaname， although it seems he does not reciprocate them。

支葵千里 （圖左）CV：保志總一朗

羅馬音：Shiki Senri

人類年齡：16歲

身高：173公分

種族：貴族吸血鬼。

職業：模特兒。

能力：使用血作為武器。（使血像鞭子一樣）

父親是玖蘭李土，由於母親只是貴族，因此不能成為純血種。

身體暫時被父親李土佔用，不過由於莉磨發現了真像並加以阻止，使得支葵內心升起了波瀾，於是決定要保護莉磨！要對抗家族（？） 對莉磨十分在意。貌似很愛睡覺……

動畫中所提到的能力是鞭子（？）

Senri Shiki： He’s close friends with Takuma Ichijo and Rima Touya。 He‘s a handsome young man and works as a model。 He and Rima are considered two of the youngest Night Class members。 He enjoys drinking Takuma’s blood and used that to manipulate Zero into going berserk。 He has a whip-like weapon which develops from his blood。

遠矢莉磨 （圖右）CV：喜多村英梨

莉磨的衣著簡單，雙馬尾

似乎偏愛短裙

是一個我行我素的自我主義者。經常和支葵在一起，和支葵一起長大，是青梅竹馬，對支葵很在意（喜歡？），平時不苟言笑的支葵也只有見了她才會露出孩子氣的一面，現在莉磨為了救回支葵而被李土打成重傷，臥病在床，失去意識。

Rima Touya One of the youngest night class students。 She has Baby-Doll good looks and wears her hair in pigtails。 She works as a model alongside Senri Shiki。 Her exact relationship with Shiki is unknown， if they are friends or lovers， though they are almost always seen alongside each other and are seen doing comfortable， actions with each other signifiying a close relationship。

紅瑪利亞 CV：中原麻衣

緋櫻閒生前為了隱藏身份臨時借用的身體

也是緋櫻閒的親戚，屬於貴族階級吸血鬼（Level B）

曾經在緋櫻閒死後並且意識清醒時求錐生零不要責怪緋櫻閒

稱呼緋櫻閒為：“閒大人”

頭髮為銀白色，性格與夜間部中的其它吸血鬼相比較溫和（屬於矯健派），並且與一條拓麻一樣易親近人類。

貌似有點喜歡一縷。

錐生一縷 CV：宮野真守？

錐生零的雙胞胎弟弟，相貌與性格幾乎與哥哥錐生零一模一樣（頭髮比零長一點）

四年前，和閒串通殺害了父母，留下零和閒離開，並以吸食閒的血獲得了健康

四年後，跟隨緋櫻閒進入黑主學院

緋櫻閒死後，為報仇假意作為李土的追隨者轉入黑主學園

沒有被緋櫻閒變為吸血鬼。

後想在李土甦醒後殺死他為閒大人報仇，結果被李土打成重傷，一縷拖著傷體來到零的面前，用血薔薇打傷零，

並讓零吸他的血來平復剛覺醒的優姬的血。零經過激烈的思想掙扎，最終吸完了一縷的血，一縷可以說是在

哥哥的懷抱中死去。他是個十分悲情的角色。

Ichiru Kiryu （錐生壱縷， Kiryū Ichiru？）： Zero‘s younger twin brother， believed to be dead。 When they were younger， they were both taught by Tohga Yagari， though Ichiru did not seem to share Zero’s natural ability。 Zero and Ichiru were very close as children。
