【總起文章，擺明自己的觀點“健康的生活方式更重要”】

With the developement of society， life pace is quicker than any other era。 Many people， especially the students， even choose to sacrifice their sleep time for study。 Here comes the qusetion： Is a good score more important than a healthy life style？ From my point of view， the answear is absolutely “No”。 And the reasons can be listed as follows。

Firstly， just as the famouse saying goes， “The first wealth is health。 ” （艾默生名言）Without a healthy body， you are not able to do anything else， let alone（更別說是） get good score。 Secondly Nowadays， people are becoming more and more awared of the importance of health。 Last but not least， a healthy lifestyle will benefit you during your entire life while good scores are just a short term thing。（健康的生活方式能造福一生，但是好的分數只是短時間的曇花一現。）
