BANANA MILK SHAKE

1 banana

1 1/2 c。 milk

1/2 tsp。 vanilla extract

Peel the banana and break it into chunks with your finger。 Put the chunks in a medium bowl and mash them with a fork until there are no lumps left。 Pour in the milk and vanilla。 Beat with an egg beater until the shake is smooth and foamy。 Serves 2。
