我的家鄉在上海，我最愛吃上海的特產———南翔小籠。那滋味，準保你吃了還想吃。

有一次，爸爸特地帶我去品嚐南翔小籠。十分鐘後，一客小籠上桌了，還冒著熱氣呢！它的外皮極薄，一個個玲瓏剔透，微微泛著油光，裡面的餡料若隱若現。看得出餡料中還加入了蔥末，隱隱透出一絲綠意，好看極了，讓人垂涎三尺。聽爸爸說，吃小籠還有幾大“秘笈”呢！傳授完“秘笈“，我就迫不及待地拿起筷子，夾了一個小籠，蘸了點醋，撅起小嘴，輕輕地在皮上咬了一個小口，開始輕輕地吮吸裡面的湯汁，真是鮮美無比。吸得差不多了，我馬上將小籠包子一口送進嘴裡。慢慢地咀嚼著薄薄的皮和富有韌性的餡，這感覺真是妙極了！一籠吃完，我又狼吞虎嚥地吃起了第二籠，肚子彷彿永遠也不會飽似的。再看看周圍的人們，一個個都吃得那麼津津有味。

南翔小籠還有一段悠久的歷史呢！聽爺爺說，南翔小籠饅頭最初叫做南翔大肉饅頭，可以追溯到清代同治十年，南翔鎮日華軒點心店主黃明賢是南翔大肉饅頭的最初創始人。因味道鮮美，膾炙人口，同行紛紛效仿，使黃明賢生意受到影響，於是他對大肉饅頭採取“重餡薄皮，以大改小”的方法，改良成為“南翔小籠”，流傳於世。

我常聽爸爸說：“北京的涮羊肉不僅味道好，而且叫你吃了忘不掉。”我想：要是能吃一次那該多好啊！於是我就天天盼呀，盼呀，就在我失望至及的時候，這一天終於來臨了，它就像突擊隊員一樣剎那間出現在這個世界上。

這天恰好是星期六，爸爸說：“兒子，晚上咱們去吃一次涮羊肉吧。”聽到這驚人的訊息，我差點跳了起來。我撲向爸爸大聲說：“太好了，太好了！” 傍晚六點鐘，我們來到了“京都新軒涮羊肉館”。我心情十分激動，一直在想這一切是不是真的？一進大堂陣陣香味撲鼻而來，十分誘人，口水在嘴裡打轉，彷彿再不吃到那美味的羊肉我的口水就要流出來了似的。我們直奔預先定好的包廂。沒過多久，一盤盤精美的羊肉就搬到了飯桌上。大家迫不及待、爭先恐後地夾起羊肉放進火鍋裡涮了起來，然後粘上調味汁大吃起來。開始因為吃得太快了，還沒品出什麼味道，可吃著吃著味道就慢慢地顯示出來。細嫩的肉間滲透著羊羔身上所特有的麝味，再粘上甜酸香辣等味的汁，吃起來簡直讓你難以忘懷。難怪它那麼有吸引力，原來奧妙就在於此呀！我越吃越想吃，越吃越想吃，簡直就被它迷住了，就像蜜蜂迷戀鮮花，啄木鳥喜歡小蟲一樣，我貪婪地吃著，竟覺得一片片涮簡直太慢了。於是我就把幾大片羊肉放進旁邊的漏勺裡，在火鍋裡涮了起來。就這樣，我今天吃得簡直是狼狽不堪，不過，為了吃，我也顧不得那麼多了。今天不止我，其他人的吃相也好不到哪裡去。不一會兒的功夫桌上的羊肉就不翼而飛，這時大家才覺得肚子撐得快要爆了。
