First and foremost， it saves our time in some way。 Since food outside is more nutritious， yet food in school is more or less invariable。 Eat breakfast outside can ensure us get up early。 Thus， we will have more time to focus on study。

Secondly， eat outside help us get a good mood。 many students sometimes do not eat breakfast at all because they hate the food in school and it is harmful to our body。 A happy mood is the basic to study well。
