It‘s very important for us to protect our eyes。 I think we shouldn’t read when there isn‘t a lot of light or the light is too strong because it’s bad for our eys。 We shouldn‘t play computer games for too long。 We should rest our eyes from time to time。 Of course we should do eye exercises because it’s good for our eyes。 We should look at green objects。 We shouldn‘t read on a bus。

保護眼睛對我們來說很重要。我想我們不該在陽光太強或太弱時看書，因為這對我們的眼睛有害。我們不該玩太長時間的電腦遊戲，我們應該時不時地讓我們的眼睛得到休息。當然了我們應該做眼保健操，這對眼睛有益。我們應該看一看綠色的東西。我們不該在車上看書。

please give some advice about how to protect eyes ，for example ， do more eyes exercise after you using your eyes， don‘t read books in a short distance ， and wash your eyes more often，what is more ，use your eyes healthily。
