上帝，請賜予我平靜，

去接受我無法改變的。

給予我勇氣，

去改變我能改變的，

賜我智慧，

分辨這兩者的區別。

過好我的每一天，

享受你所賜每一刻，

把困苦當成通往平安的道路，

像主耶穌那樣，接受這罪惡的世界，

按其現實本相，而非如我所願

相信他會使一切變得美好，

只要我順服他的旨意；

我可以在此生有合宜的歡樂，

並在永生裡，與他永享至福。

God， Grant me

the SERENITY， to accept the things I cannot change，

COURAGE to change the things I can， and

the WISDOM to know the difference。

Living one day at a time； Enjoying one moment at a time；

Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace。

Taking as He did， this sinful world as it is， not as I would have it；

Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will。

That I may be reasonably happy in this life， and
