沒錯，在美國不用bill，因為在美國，bill的意思是鈔票的意思，如one dollar bill， ten dollar bill， hundred dollar bill。

在新加坡和其他歐洲國家，bill不是鈔票，所以能用“can I have the bill please？”在英國，鈔票是“pound”，如5-pound note。新加坡用“dollar note”來命明鈔票。
