English is just a sort of language， Speaking English is something that everybody can do nowadays， and a good English level is also the basic requirement for a good position in some huge multinational enterprisies！ but speaking a good English doesn‘t mean u could do everything u like ，coz it’s just a kinda of communication tool！just a tool not a special kind of skill ！
