I live a healthy life everyday。 I usually get up around 7 and go to sleep no more than 11 at night。 9 hours sleeping can provide me sufficient energy to gaunranttee the everyday activities and studies。 School starts on 8 o‘clock。 And it ends late in the late of afternoon。 Doing sports is usually the first choice after school， and soccor game is what I like the most。 Besides， as my intests diversifies， I also attach to various of activities like singing and painting in some clubs。 Thus， My everyday life is busy， but wonderful。
